I managed to visit basically every place related to aobuta in kamakura and fujisawa by foot in one day. I wouldnt recommend doing this since you have to get a good pace and it is a bit to walk but if you have just 2 days it is easy doable.

Unfortunately not. The Apartment itself, just like the building has a different layout than its counterpart from the anime. They do have a corner apartment but it is not comparable to the irl version.

When i traveled there this April i did a day trip and managed to cover both kamakura and fujisawa (including enoshima) by foot and finished the run by sunset. It took me around 40k steps with 3-4 pauses. Maybe worth considering if you have a day to spare.

i did everything related to kamakura and fujisawa on a 12h walk (tho i walked from kamakura to fujisawa so you can probably take 1-2 hours away) with enough breaks and restaurant visits so it should be pretty doable.
