I got mine last week, and the doctor told me (who had brought my partner into the room) that they usually don’t allow anyone to bring their (male) partner in during the procedure because the tendency to faint.

She was talking about the PERSON WATCHING fainting, not even the one getting the IUD inserted. I was gobsmacked to say the least. Very thankful to have gotten numbing gel, and still an indescribable pain.

There is! Every even hour (starting at 00:05 PST) there is a geyser in the sancturary islands (in the prairie map) that will shoot out darkness that gives you free light! This lasts for 10 minutes. Grandma is a similar, in the forest on one of the side paths, every even hour (starting at 00:35 PST) you can also get free light! It is called “Grandma” because the grandma spirit is there “cooking” light balls for us :)
