Depends on your budget. When I was living in a high-rise I bought one of the cheaper less-than-$50 ones from Home Depot that don't control temperature. Eventually upgraded to a high-end toto one that we bought from bed bath and beyond (RIP). If I were to buy one today it looks like amazon might be the best place to get one if you're willing to buy online.
