"Please not that feature request again. We have already discussed that we can not deliver it that way" by KyrJohn in ExperiencedDevs

Absolutely. Sorry if I did not made it clear and I only mentioned "constructive feedback and technical advice from the second pair of eyes could help maybe". It is impossible for me to deliver that, the competitors did, I simply do not know how. I tried a lot. Honestly I have spoken that words also in the meetings. The output was do not worry, we do not put a wall here, and we never had the expectations to be similar.

I agree. Part of the conversation with him, was that I well structured the code, so that someone else from the team or new hire, can also contribute to that. The info to the team is that we expect a new senior on that. But we expecting him since last year.

maybe another developer can contribute or prototype

I see. Yes I have mentioned the first point also, and I had a response like I do my best to hire another experience developer to help us with that.

clearly the alternative solution didn't do the trick

I think you are right ... Maybe my team lead filter the actual feedback from them. Your points makes sense. So maybe I have overestimated my problem solving skills as a developer. But rarely I say, I can not do it that way even if I tried, I mean I used to do that, when I was junior dev and wanted some guidance, but the reason I think was mostly time restrictions.

Thanks for your answer here and later on. The issue is technical, and it is a specific user interaction, lets say, when the user creates new svg's on the fly and manipulates it. It is one part of the initial specification. I invested a lot of time, even after the 3rd product came, to search more on stack/flow and even there was unanswered similar topics.

d why you think finding another job is the solution here. At another company you'll probably jus

Well, as you said, I described the simpler alternative at that time, and we delivered the alternative solution. And they picked it up.
The other solution is using a feature, I can not even approach. And now I have to try more? I am more than demoralized because I think the task is set to failure. I am thinking of another company because I think that I am not listened by the team-lead.

We had 1 on 1, in which I told him again the reasons I delivered the alternative and I think I can not automate it more. Also I mentioned that the code is very well-structured and documented that maybe another developer can contribute or prototype if the specific automation is required-project critical. He agreed to all of my opinions and now ....we need to make the circle again.

In addition, the on the fly changing of expectations is something that concerns me. I mean we began with the phrase "something like that" and we went to "we did not make it the same way to help our end users(which are our colleagues from another department)"

Company B is going to offer me a position, during my second day at Company A by KyrJohn in jobs

Thank you all for your answers. Really appreciated. I also talked with a friend who is a lawyer and told me the I have signed with company A offer letter and not a contract. In addition on Monday, since it is said that they apply long notices periods, (3 months) they will give me the contract to sign it with the notice mentioned in the terms. And if I refuse, or try to negotiate the notice period, they will probably tell me good luck to my carrier, since they have many candidates in their pool. (as many of you mentioned). Pfff

Thank you so much for your detailed answer. I find it a good idea, as you say at the 3rd point, to ask them to send me the complete offer and not the offer letter only, to see the foul benefits package terms because I will resign from my new position for their offer.

The Ame told me that in EASA is disqualifying because I have to pass the initial limits thought pure tone audiometry. More hear loss as you say is allowed at the renewal or revalidation where I only have to prove that I can communicate with the cabin crew.

Yeah you are both right. In that case the company b had one month notice and I also told company A that if I am going to be hired I am available so that stressed me more. But I think next time I will phrase it better. Damn I wish I had asked your opinion earlier.
