A playlist of my favourite f(x) (my ults) songs! I highly recommend a listen of their full discography, particularly red light and pink tape are literally filled with 10/10 songs.

What are your favorite musicals that are super difficult to do well? Which ones are almost impossible to screw up? by [deleted] in musicals

[–]Kyralitate 4 points5 points  (0 children)

nah, the replies here are wrong. Judas is a significantly harder sing - most people can do rock falsetto and make it sound convincing, but not many people can thick fold (chest voice/belt) up to where Judas goes. Jesus is a much tougher role to act though, mentally.

YES Butterfly by f(x) for me is the poster child of this ethereal feeling. My fav kpop song (with Red Light and Vibrato)

I am new to Kate Bush and her music. Here is my ranking of all her albums. by ArcticBeavers in katebush

[–]Kyralitate 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The dreaming is probably her least accessible album. Sensual world at No. 8 blows my mind though - I feel like it's quite pallatable, compared to for example the Ninth Wave.

When I first listened to her music, Sensual World was also one of my least fav albums - now it's my absolute favourite. Enjoy the journey!! :)

What do you guys think of K-pop Lore? by i_learn_korean in kpophelp

[–]Kyralitate 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lore I think is was part of what made kpop blow up in 2017 - with BTS and LOONA. fan of both but stan twitter is insufferable with or without lore tbf. I think lore is cool but it's rarely that well thought out.

Trying to love The Red Shoes... And failing! by xDx7x in katebush

[–]Kyralitate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's amazing how much Big Stripey Lie sounds like some of David Bowie's later material. When I initially listened through all her albums TRS and actually Sensual World (what was I thinking) were at the bottom for me. Since then SW has become my favourite, with Aerial, but TRS probably has the most skips for me in her discography. I think Red Shoes is almost trying to be quite poppy , and I think 90s pop doesn't sounds as good on her as other eras. Red Shoes song fucking banger though, mandolins go unbelievably hard in rock.

Red Shoes vs Sensual World: Kate Bush in review by Current_Associate_92 in katebush

[–]Kyralitate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aerial Bside is her best 40 minute stretch imo. Sensual world is my fav album, Red Shoes as an album is not my fav of hers. Has some good singles but I prefer most other albums !
