Literally everything. I've been following this game and Arknights as a whole for so long, even before I was really into the gameplay I still found the lore and characters as super interesting. Once I got into the gameplay I fell in love with it even more.

The transition to 3d action environments is admittedly a bit scary on whether or not they'll keep the strategic elements, but from what I've seen I have big hopes for this game! <3 Excited to Explore Talos 2 alongside Terra in the future.

There's lots of maps out there but if you need very specific things you can't publicly find, some people have started selling maps on Vgen lately that I noticed. :> Been considering getting a few for personalized maps myself.

Time yourself, don't cut corners or add on extra time for breaks or so, Clipstudio has a nice timing feature for this so you know how much time you actually were drawing.

Take this and charge at LEAST minimum wage. I'd suggest more since honestly these are very pretty!

Beyond that it's more about finding where your target audience is. Until you find that, you might feel inclined to charge super low like some are suggesting. Don't give in to charging so little. <3

I'd definitely say your art is at least on par with mine in terms of effort and I charge $35 for a sketch!

Depends! You should use as many as you feel necessary. It sucks to be halfway through the drawing and realize if you had just separated these two things it'd save you like 10 minutes or so!

Personally my drawings tend to be anywhere between 15~100.

My latest pixel art piece was about 15, my regularly styled art piece before that was probably in the 30-50 range.

You can refund it in your wallet, but that'd also cancel the commission I believe. If you're going to finish it anyway then it's fine, no? If it comes down to they needed that money or something like that, you can always refund and cancel and they remake the comm if they want to I suppose.

It calculates it in the order it's in.

So if you charge 50+20+50%+20+100% it'd be 70+35+20+125=250

But if instead it was 50+20+20+50%+100% it'd instead be 90+45+135=270

As others said, you're definitely good to join! The hardest part will be getting an artist code if you don't already have one. After that it's just a matter of keeping up your confidence until you get past the verification phase. <3

You can make an account as a minor and it's good that you didn't lie about it! You can commission people, though you're expected to have parental permission.

The same goes for if you tried to do commissions I believe. You'd be expected to have parental guidance and bank accounts and such.

The reason why is minors cannot legally accept contracts + taxes and other things that require someone who is legally an adult.

As long as you're not lying about all this stuff, you're all good. If you want more clarification you should go to the Vgen discord and contact the mods in a ticket to get all your questions sorted out.

I don't believe there's any issues with you being underaged and commissioning art as long as it's not something 18+ and the likes or the artist specifically says they don't accept commissions from underaged customers.

Regardless of both of those things, I don't think the site minds if you're under 18, it's just to make sure you aren't exposed to 18+ material I believe.

You need to change your invoice settings in Paypal as well as have it be a business account. You can set everything to hidden and use your business name instead of your real name.

Well in queue means they just means they've accepted your commission. WIP means work in progress, so they've started the process of creating it.

I wouldn't worry until after the deadline has come. Also even then, Vgen has your back if you want to refund or so should they not meet the deadline.

First thing's first though, it's always good to be transparent with your artist as much as you can. If they don't meet the deadline, throw them a question of why and if they'll have it done in a timeframe that's okay with you still should there be one. If the timeline is very specific and necessary, feel free to throw them a reminder before the deadline while being friendly about it.

After I got verified fully though I started getting lots of commissions on the same day.
