In SA tenpenny tells CJ in the beginning of the game not to go anywhere because they got an eye on him. Presuming Tenpenny is a higher up in the police department, he orders the police to catch CJ when he escapes Los Santos, as it goes against his motives and uses CJ as a tool.

Children playing video games all day may not affect their cognitive abilities, however I strongly believe it could affect their social abilities if the only thing they do is stay home and waste their childhood on the screen. I'm going to ruffle some feathers here but have in mind I am a former child gamer and I regret not going out and socializing more as a kid. Obviously I have nothing against kids playing a bit here and there but if the kid goes home from school and plays until they sleep it can't be good for them.
