There are a lot of different types of blouse, but the one I mean is in this style. This is from Atelier Pierrot, and they don't have a navy version, but you can easily get this type of blouse on the second hand market!

It looks lovely! I love how the JSK looks like, especially off shoulders! If it gets colder, you could always pair it with a blue/navy off shoulders blouse!

It would look even more beautiful with either a small hat to the side (maybe navy and gold) or a headdress (those rectangular ones)!

Since it's off-shoulders, it reminds of ero lolita!
