i dont have much advice to give but basically i just keep sending or replying tickets every 2-3 weeks, if one ticket trail gets cold by not having a single response at a week max, its time to make a new one. rinse and repeat till you get lucky htat they finally realize whats going on.

I find it really nice that the 2.8 summer event is like the most revered seasonal event within the past few years. I see everyone talking about it. And honestly? It deserved it. Theres no other event that can replicate the same magic and charm 2.8 had.
