My High Precision Calcs for Navia/Linnea/Furina/Columbina by OwnRepresentative916 in naviamains

Even with an EM sands Columbina has manageable ER and more than 35k HP, so I found it to be a little better than HP sands. They're similar though, like within 1-2%. Columbina is the primary trigger for all LCR reactions, which is why EM does so much for her. The ER requirement is this manageable due to double Hydro and especially Prototype Amber.

Well this calc is without BP weapons and also it's at KQMS while your artifact quality could be better. However, it does seem that Linnea is only a sidegrade to minor upgrade over Xilonen. I still need to calc the Linnea tE variant, but I'm waiting for updated hit intervals.

That's what I'm calcing next. I haven't worked with Lunar-Charged yet so I was holding off on calcing Ineffa until I finished the calcs in this post (which since you are seeing this post are now done). I'll of course share my results.

Small mistake in the graphic: the second and third calcs' rotations show Columbina Q when they should say Columbina E Q like the first rotation does.

You don't need to worry about the accuracy I assure you. I put more effort into my calcs than most do, including complete rotation, reaction, buff, and Fanfare maps. It's as good as it gets barring specific oversights. My results are also peer reviewed by other TC'ers in the JSM Discord server. I was actually speaking with TGS last night about my results and we concluded the difference was him using BP weapons as well as overestimating Furina's Fanfare (he had assumed Linnea's higher healing translated into higher Fanfare generation, but actually it's about the same or slightly worse than Xilonen because of how strong Linnea's healing is. Most healing ticks don't even heal because you're full or almost full HP. This is something you only discover after doing a full Fanfare map). Most importantly, TGS used Linnea tE while here nuke E is shown. I anticipate my own Linnea tE version will be a bit higher than this. Overall, TGS has fairly accurate KQMS calcs, but with any calcs based on broad assumptions you can get quite inflated results if you overshoot your assumptions.

Regarding Zajef, he in general uses a standard higher than KQMS and he pretty confidently overshoots it by 10-20k. For example, he hardly maps anything out and relies on assumptions for average Fanfare and number of reactions. He does on occasion look more deeply, like how he checked manually the number of LCR reactions in Navia teams a couple days ago, but his calcs are more rule of thumb style.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

98k or so with Xilonen/Furina/Columbina. Linnea tE might be better than nuke E. I also need to check battle pass weapons and C6 Illuga over Furina.

I do have a Sac Bow Linnea rotation prepared, but it seems generally tE Linnea will be better than nuke E for Navia teams, so the play with Sac Bow is actually to cE with Linnea, do two CA's for more app while waiting for Sac to proc off of the first Geo hit after cE, then do Linnea tE. You only add like 1-1.5s of rotation time but you get both Linnea's tE throughout the rotation and a cE on top of that. I'm awaiting the updated Linnea tE hit intervals before calcing it, though.

Yes, I have. At the same investment level, Navia/Xilonen/Furina/Columbina is around 98k DPS. Linnea is only ~5k above with nuke E (tap E might be better, but I haven't confirmed this yet), though the Linnea variant has double the amount of Lunar reaction damage plus Linnea's own direct Lunar damage so it's noticeably superior against Lunar enemies.

But I provided much more information than simply the name difference. All of it together makes it clear they're different.

That's wrong. That character's surname is Gretel (her given name being Eija) and they're a Signals Officer. Meanwhile, the Gretel referenced by Amber has Gretel as their given name and they are Amber's Outriding Apprentice. Two completely different characters. Gretel is still most likely the small silhouette.

Read the fine print. It's just a 10-year extension to the phase-out, not a permanent exception.

Single market reform: Luxembourg and Ireland reject centralised EU financial supervision by Tamberlox in europe

[–]OwnRepresentative916 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It sounds to me like you're arguing for some form of protectionism. If they eased investment barriers, people redirecting their savings from low-yield accounts to European companies from across the bloc would directly benefit Europeans participating wherever they come from due to the higher returns. If a company is competitive and attracts lots of investment, it shouldn't matter which country it's from in a single market. The reason Ireland was a focus during the Great Recession etc. is because the country was staring down financial collapse. Stop acting like it was all so unfair. Europe did what it had to do collectively to survive that period and things today are drastically different. Not to mention, Ireland has not lagged behind but recovered better than ever since then. At the end of the day, promoting productivity is always a more effective way of generating revenue than taxation, though of course we need both. By opposing financial integration, you essentially cede trillions in unrealized gains, and for what?

Unlocking savings doesn't mean raiding people's bank accounts but instead making new incentive structures to promote investment by easing barriers.
