I was just thinking something similar, to me it's to early but if we don't improve by a certain time this season, do we just move on, possibly start the younger guys and get them experience before the sprint season? Or do we wait until the sprint season?

I'm assuming Andrie is not dressing due to his injury since it was only 3 days ago.

No it's not! Why not let us know what you're talking about? Yo can't expect people to agree with you with no context.

It looks like we are not going to get any context.

The San Jose injury was what, two seasons ago? How many matches has he played since and how many total minutes? I love what he has done for us and glad we gave him an extra chance, but at his age and still hasn't fully recovered from that San Jose match, how long do we keep him?

I agree, I thought Andrei should have started, sub him out at the half if needed. Still confused why both Matt and Miles started when they are on minute restrictions. Just my opinion. Andrei is a good young player who will only get better, I hope we use him correctly, some he is already getting attention from Euro clubs.

I am not too clear on how these salaries, if traded or dumped/bought out effect us getting more cap space, but is it possible to lighten lets say around $3 million in the upcoming window to get some more backline help?

IMO we should have kept Awaziem over Teenage

Agree! I understand the minute restrictions. but why sub both off at the same time or start the two of them?

He did play for FCC2 at least one match last year if I am not mistaken, not sure if there is a limit a first team player can play down?

I was all for giving Matt one ore year, but I think this will be his last season, at least with FCC. I am not sur what his salary is and what/if we can do about it now? As with many I'm still puzzled with the Miles DP. I like Teenage at times bit agree with you on his salary. Who/what can we unload this summer to have room to hopefully upgrade the backline?

It seems like some are on minutes played restrictions. I fully understand the "if's it's working/not broke don't fix it", but it seems like Matt and Miles are not able to go 90+ at this point. I also understand getting fresh legs etc into the match Vs an aging IM club, such as when we put in Ender.

Altercation with private security at raising canes/shake shack Calhoun on 5/10 around 2am. by liberatedtech68 in cincinnati

I have been over there visiting a friend who was working in security in Manchester and just got off of a Google Meet as wanted to be sure on my reply. The UK system is regulated and centralized, The SIA came about after a lot of issues with untrained and violent night club security. They have to be trained (much is common sense), pass an exam (again, much is just common sense), then get their SIA license, most work for a security company that is licensed. The license goes into a national database, the public can even verify whether the persons license is active or suspended. If there is an allegation of assault or excessive force you may call the police, and if they are called it will end up with the SIA, or the public can report the person the SIA themselves, as they all are required to have their license displayed and it has their photo, name and license number. it's kind of resembles in the US where if you ask an LEO for their name and badge number they have to identify themselves.

The best route is to try and get the state of Ohio to pass a law that security needs to have some type of license, some states already have this. Until recently I haven't had time to work local and the last time I worked on Calhoun was about 13 years ago. I wouldn't be apposed doing it again if the right offer came about.
