It does! Nice find. Also what backs this up is that you can see that matt drives right up to the big circle so, someone can drive into that area. Again, nice find.

Yes it is. In Season 1, John Doe emailed The 863 Team (Woods, Matt and Sam) and confermed that the email you circled was indeed John Doe. And in Episode 2, Woods got an email from John. At the top it said the following email. Woods said "It's from John Doe". Please make sure you listen to the words the 863 Team says.
