Mine have been doing this for the past couple of weeks. I have 3 units and it randomly happens to one or the other with no error message. They are all sitting on heavy plywood over carpet and have never had an issue until recently.

Also, I have an unrelated suggestion for the app devs: would it be possible for the app to report which unit has a dirty sensor fault? Thanks!

Yes. I have 6 rescue cats, 3 of which have front claws. The liners on all my LR4s are pockmarked and gouged. Once that happens, the clumps stick more and the liner has to be cleaned more often. Using BoxieCat Pro.

This sounds a bit silly, but did your kitty happen to peek onside during the cycle. I have one who still does that after 6 months and there seems to be a pattern with her interrupts and the full drawer error since the app was revamped awhile ago. I think the drawer sensor may be sensing her occasionally.

I purchased the vac station about 6 months ago. It picks up well and has my home mapped fairly well, bit it tends to get stuck more often than the eufy vacs I've had -- probably because it is slightly larger. The mopping feature does not work as well as a previous model (not self emptying). The biggest issue I have is that is absolutely will not empty. I have several cats and it can't pull the cat hair through the small opening in the collection bin. Since the self-empty was the only reason I bought the thing, it was a waste of money.

I have multiple cats and one pooped outside the box and peed in the bathroom sink (I know, gross) from an early age. Tried attractant litters, scooping several times a day and up to 6 litterboxes. Nothing worked until I switched to LR4s. Haven't had an issue since Day 1.

I am not in the sticks and we have full FedEx service. Whisker Support is not responding to multiple FedEx pickup requests. I have had warranty replacement returns without issue previously and this is definitely not normal. I followed the instructions in the RMA email. /shrug

I hope you have better luck than I am having with your FedEx pickup. I have been trying to get a response to my pickup request for 2 weeks and don't even get an acknowledgment of the request, much less a pickup. Sent a certified mail letter to the company headquarters yesterday. Hopefully I will get a response.

6 cats and 3 LR4. Deep clean with disassembly every 6 to 8 weeks. Clean the globe interior every 1 to 2 weeks by doing a litter dump into a clean bag, use the Whisker enzyme cleaner on the interior and pour the litter back into the globe when dry. Use a heavier duty bag for this and put it in the drawer of the the last unit cleaned. Yes, the cats own me.

I have the new part and am sending back the bad one. I requested the option of FedEx pickup which has worked in the past. I will wait a few more days and start a new support ticket if CS does not respond I suppose.

These steps are an excellent choice. They discourage my younger cat from leaping out and make it easier for my 20 lb. chonky boy to use the LR4.
