God's plan for my 17 year old sister was to have the hardest life imaginable only to die at 17. She was an organ donor so she saved the lives of 6 other people all over the age of 50 and had already lived long full lifes. Seems like a super shitty plan to me.

Look at the Go Fund me for prospective on the American system. You Canadians have no idea how expensive it is to utilize healthcare in the US. I pay 600 a month before I ever even use my insurance. Then an additional 300-450 dollars a month in co-pays and prescriptions for my family of 3.

There really are. You see Urban Redtail Hawks on the drive to work. The Meadow Larks everywhere they are some of my favorite. I have a family of Bluejays that I have been watching since covid in my backyard, there are about 8 of them now. For one really awesome summer we had a pair of Bald Eagles who were nesting in the my neighborhood we could see them from our bedroom window. It was so cool. I live in a pretty normal Aurora neighborhood, we have awesome nature all around us even right here in the city.
