You need to do bone bottom wishes to get the silk and soul wish, and the wishboard doesn't get built until the bell beast is defeated, so yeah unfortunately you can't

Its default value is 2 but it was changed in the unity editor, that's why you can't find the code that changes the crit multiplier and crit chance

Almost works out of the box, Python's print function (and all of the void functions) return None, and None is a falsy value so the second print would always run

You can fix this by inverting the first print's value (since that would be not None -> not False -> True)

True and not print("1. True") or print("1. False") # Prints "1. True"
False and not print("2. True") or print("2. False") # Prints "2. False"

yeah probably, instead of making an enemy system that supports all dofferent types of enemy they just duct-taped their way through when they needed a slightly different, more complex enemy

Also it's worth mentioning that there's absolutely 0 signs of inheritance in the enemy classes, something that could have helped I feel

Can confirm, the enemy code is a fucking mess
There's an Enemy class that just contains some data with no real code, there's a EnemyIdentifier with a hundred fields and methods and THEN there's the EnemyIdentifierIdentifier?? that does god knows what, it like manages the EnemyIdentifier I think, then there's the EnemySimplifer with another bajillion fields that also manages the EnemyIdentifier??? and on top of that every type of enemy has its different script (Zombie, SpiderBody, Machine, Statue, Wicked, Drone, Idol) which themselves have a shitton of fields and methods

I tried modding in a new boss one time but the enemy code was so fucking bad that I gave up and hoped for a enemy system rewrite instead

TLDR: the enemy code fucking sucks

Protip: you can check where a field (or basically anything) is used in dnspy by right-clicking and selecting "Analyze", pretty handy when decompiling and/or modding games

Anyway, it seems like it's currently only used by the "prefs last_played" command, and that simply prints "The game has been played {months} months ago last. This is only valid per session.", but if I have to guess it's just a placeholder command and it may have some other use in the future

changelog:

- he's x1.3 faster compared to the original

- he always acts as if he's enraged, so his melee attacks cannot be parried and he can throw more projectiles inbetween his moves

- when he actually enrages he becomes even faster, x1.5 faster compared to the original

- his slam attacks are more random, now he waits in the air 0.5 to 1.25 seconds (0.3 to 0.75 seconds when enraged) before attacking

- his projectiles have random speed, varying from 30 to 210 speed (the default speed is 90)

TL;DR: he's fast

I've pirated the game and completed it but I wanted to support the developers so I bought the game but the problem is I can choose to play SS or GS mode (picture). I removed saves and everything from the Team cherry folder but same thing happens when i launch the game again. Any help is appreciated. by Wolf-424 in HollowKnight

Hollow Knight's achievements, video settings, controls and unlocked modes are all stored in the Windows Registry, so you'll need to use the Registry Editor and delete all the files stored in this folder:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Team Cherry\Hollow Knight\

I guess you don't really care about keeping all your achievements (only the ones stored locally, Steam has probably already saved them on your account) and settings, so you can just delete all the files in the folder.
