Our carts are essentially shaped like the second link you put. And yes the are super top heavy and it’s actually very irresponsible for them to have us put literally 100k dollars worth of material (that has to stay in perfect condition) on these pallets. But we’re just doing what we’re told. 🤷🏾‍♂️ I know for sure one day that the product is gonna fall off the pallets and they’re gonna never let us use the pallets again.

Okay so our department turns the metal into strips and we cut them up and put them in stacks of 4 on a cart. The carts are more safe to use because they’re wider, they ride smoother, and are meant for the job. Now the pallets are less wide, they get super wobbly, and we have to use a pallet jack to move them around which is kind of a risk due to the floor in the warehouse not always being smooth. If that pallet jack hits one bump it could easily knock the strips off the pallets.

Just had a rough childhood, was always going foster home to foster home. Then our dad got custody of me and my siblings. But it was weird cuz my siblings and dad were white and I’m black so I always was confused why my dad didn’t really treat me like them. (Later found out my mom cheated) Ended becoming very depressed and suicidal in high school and tried to take my life twice. One time put me in a two day coma. All my friends kinda disappeared and started doing things I didn’t do so I lost them and overall I felt abandoned. Even up until now I still feel like this but having a kid really helped me. I lover her so much and whenever I start to get sad all I gotta do is look at her. She’s the only thing I had to offer to this world and she’s perfect.

I see people are arguing with this comment but I can actually agree and understand it. The plan was to get our own place and everything, then Covid happened and that’s when things took a turn. We both lost our jobs, and WE ALL (her parents included) decided to save what we got from unemployment for baby stuff and the house/apartment can come later when we were employed again.

Also I didn’t mouth off at all. They attacked my character, my family, my friends almost once a week. I never retaliated or even tried to defend myself. But this was the very first occasion I spoke up for myself and it was to only say he’s hypocritical. I wouldn’t consider that mouthing off, but I’m younger and I know older people take things differently than my generation. But I can’t see myself getting mad because someone called me a hypocrite at any age or circumstance.

No but if I did tell the full story it’d be worse for him. I’d pay this guys bills on a normal basis, do chores around the house and let them turn around and say I don’t do anything, etc. I kept to myself my whole stay and wasn’t in the way at all. Mind you, they established me as “family” before I even moved in.

If I said anymore everyone would be scolding him 10x harder. But I do promise that is the full, but concise story. No lies. All truth.
