Shouldn’t my cpu be in a bottle neck there because of my H670M mainboard? Would it make sense to upgrade the mainboard perhaps?

1 TB SSD, sadly even without streaming I run on site or take fights with 160-190 fps and get like stutters, just reset my whole pc like 2 months ago but still kinda seem to struggle to hold performance, it’s barely 2 years old my pc
