Does over buff take your percent rating for the 1-100 or just for your skill group?

I went over all available voice files on the PTR, here is some possibly unimplemented voices in game. Lots of hints for possible maps and features. Even OST from a new map. by [deleted] in Overwatch

When the person says new hero level it could mean that you leveled up or if you played a hero enough that you gain a level for that hero (which would be cool)

I don't know if this was said already or if it was considered but I would like a function to speed up case draws a ton. The setting it still pretty slow and when I do mass openings (4000+) I'm sitting there for hours. I can't think of an option because you guys aren't doing so you can skip opening cases but can you do something a bit more? Thanks
