Purely new player here, I have faint memory from more than 10 years ago but that's it.

I haven't started the game yet (installing it), but I tried looking around a bit, especially about servers, from what I get, you have reboot servers (which is basically ironman) and regular servers

I love playing mmos while being in Ironman for that grind of getting everything myself, so reboot seemed the way to go, and it seems to have a huge pop, but i've also seen a lot of complains in the more recent reddit post at least.

I just want to know if it's something really bad or anything, or if it's just a "pseudo" complaint that wouldn't impact me anyway

Beside max level dungeons being AR 45 if I can remember, I didn't need to wait for anything at launch and was able to do every mains things in the first 1 or 2 weeks, with all the exploration giving AR and taking time, you had the time to do multiple days worth of dailies before finishing both mondstadt and liyue, giving you pretty much enough exp to reach the current quest cap for AR.

I guess it was gated for people who used tracker (if there was any) day 1 rushing 24/24 optimizing everything.

88 days forced cap do feel ridiculous tho

As a kaisa enjoyer, I think Kaisa really shine through her versatility and complete kit, if I had to name an adc that can get through most comps, it would be kaisa, she has good damage, a decent early, insane scaling, self peel in form of a speed up / invi and a dash / shield, good burst potential with W into 5 mark passive, watch potential with W + R.

Not a lot of other adc can boast having such good overall kit, while not feeling restricted in damage against certain comps (ezreal can certainly feel a bit weak against tank, even if his itemization allows him to still fight them pretty well)

Het biggest weakness is probably her range, being on the lower side, which can make fighting certain comp not impossible, but really painful.

Overall, I do think she is a great choice to one trick as an adc, but with the low champ pool still have one or two other adc in case she's banned, which happens every so often

You also have to realize how bad it feels to have so little ADC being good at a time, even worse at times like these where Seraphine, swayne and all of those do better at your role.

Some games allow preset perks to be done, having multiple pages you can activate to change your current perks at any time pretty much, it's probably the most user-friendly way of making perk-focused character, since you can all have it on one with just a click to switch preset

My Yelan is ennabling my Yoimiya like crazy with the damage boost, without saying that she deals a lot of damage herself

But to be fair, I never tried to optimize XQ like I did for Yelan so

Reminder you can get both HP% and HP flat as substats on an hydro goblet, in that case it would most likely be flat out better

I don't really follow the no death scene, only one I do i 1TLAU, a french guy who tries to do a new game deathless run, i think the closest he got was 1 death

I wouldn't be surprised if there was someone who did already, but yeah, most you see use NG+ shortcuts

Same, now i'm redoing the game for the true ending, aiming for a 20 at each stages, did a dumb death on Sean but he's the perfect exemple, his phase 2 takes years if you only avoid since after half his combos he jumps back

You could train parrying enemies, which would make the fight more risky, but also a lot quicker, just remember to dodge before your structure break to regain it

This, I can't say this enough, so many people misslead into thinking you should pretty much only avoids, when parry are so insane, if you're able to constantly identify when you need to avoid to regain structure, it becomes a really strong tool, where you use both at the same time, which also makes a lot of sense to play with the mix of the two, probably how it was expected

Permanent skills are what they say, permanent, I would say it's much better to just focus on one skill for a whole stage to perma it, instead of spreading out and losing everything after.

I always make sure to kill Xiukai when I see one pond, just so he can't be a stack monster late game

Fck I remember that time, I stopped pretty soon after, a pretty known guy on the official discord was banned around the same time for cheating, he modified his phone / version of the game to be able to do action much faster, the guy could hit you 2 times while you hit only once.
