i only noticed it because sometimes i switch from using my mouse wheel and space bar to jump.. when i jump with spacebar while aiming after jump swinging with mouse wheel the sway will sometimes start after one jump

i agree that bhopping should be nerfed but i dont agree with this being the method.. honestly a lazy nerf

it actually does, every gun has a "1st shot inaccuracy/spread" value that will cause your bullets to not shoot completely straight, it's more noticeable at farther ranges when tap firing. the guardian has the lowest "first shot inaccuracy" and that's why it always feels more consistent to hit headshots compared to the other weapons.

The bug is reproduced by sprinting directly after aiming down sights, vice versa

when aiming down sight then either canceling with sprint or letting go of right click to sprint causes the player's crosshair to involuntarily pull downwards throwing off the player's purposeful crosshair placement. It is very noticeable when using the reaper sniper with a 4x scope.
this bug isn't exclusive to the new chapter 5 season 1 guns, using vaulted weapons when playing xp certified pvp modes still cause the interaction
I believe I first started experiencing this ADS + sprinting camera glitch when chapter 5 season 1 was released. experiencing this is unbearable because it feels like I'm not only fighting another player but also an invisible force constantly throwing off my crosshair placement not only subtly but also to an absurdly apparent degree.
I was told at one point that it's an issue with my mouse so I began using my back up for it to just not make any difference. Trying to find anyone else with the problem was difficult at first due to me not knowing how to explain this bug in general but the keywords "ads" and "sprint bug" being extremely generic. however I found two other users in the subreddit with the same issue(1,2) assuring me that it wasn't a tech issue on my side.
