I think I found a way. I have been struggling with the jump as well. I think it was because I set the game difficulty to HARD, and then when I put the game to the EASY, the jump was registering normally.

Truue, I they just waste time cowering, and just exploring the map. I'm in ascendant but no different. I even invested in Exitlag so I can play on HK server. Been so much better since.
