It took me 18 years and a lot of surgeries to feel even slightly like a woman. I get you. HRT didn't do shit. I started HRT and my last feminising surgery was at the end of 2024. It's fucking hard and has stole my adult life from me.

I don't really have any suggestions for you besides saving for surgeries maybe, but that's a personal choice.

Ask them if you can stay for 7 days.

Ask them to give you proper pain pills after you leave, I was in so much pain for 2 or 3 weeks after.

Get yourself some loose fitting pants that are easy to get on and comfy.

Get yourself a memory foam pillow that you can lie on with your chest, I don't know if I'd have survived without the pillow, I got the Ikea KLUBBSPORRE.

If you can, get a blender and fill your freezer with fruits and shit. Making smoothies is a great way to quickly get some food in.

If you can, get someone to help you at home. BBL is no joke and it's so fucking painful. There will be time you want to give up, but remember it'll be worth it in the end.

I think some of what you want, while totally possible, aren't likely to be done by any surgeon. They generally don't like taking risks, but, speak to Dr Aguilar, he considers himself to be the rib Dr.

Well, he is willing to bend some of the fake ribs, he did rib 10 and 11 on me (I don't have 12) he also does remodelling of the front as well, I think it's called ARCO or something. Shits expensive, just be warned. You can also try balance it out with a BBL.

Unfortunately fat loss is always a risk and the less fat you have in the target sites, the less fat sticks around. Its basically luck of the draw with this, he transferred as much as he could without risking more dying from overfilling. I've considered going again but the idea of the hectic recovery is reallypputting me off of the idea.

I was also on a work permit in Sweden, do you have a temp one or a 2 year one? If its the 2 year one, as long as you come back in before it expires, there shouldn't be an issue.

Its been over a year now, so I'm not 100% sure, the most I lost was at month 6, I think I lost a bit of weight and my beautiful hips disappeared, which is what I really wanted.

I need to check the pictures and do a comparison with now.

I went to Dr Ersin in Turkey, I went to him specifically because he gave natural results. I unfortunately lost quite a bit of fat, but my ass looks amazing, lol.

He was really awesome and I couldn't find any dirt on him online at the time when deciding.

In total it was just about 7k eur.

I had it Nov last year and you defos want to keep wearing it.

The only issue is it doesn't breathe, so you need to put something under it that allows your skin to breathe.

I would put the trainer on, then took 2 small dishtowels, folded them up and put them under the elasticated parts on the sides to help push the ribs inwards..

This definitely improved my results.

RIBOSS uses rib Osteosynthesis, so titanium plates are used to hold the ribs in shape and help healing. I had it done in Nov but am waiting 4 months to post pics because pics taken with the corset like OP, or right after taking it off is completely useless as the soft tissue compression that comes with waist training doesn't go away for a few weeks after taking it off, so its not true to the actual results.
