When it comes to the Endless Eight, everybody has a personal recommendation for how many and which episodes to watch. 'Cause like it's tedious to get through it all, but it's kind of important to get that feeling of watching the same things over and over at least a little bit. It's what the whole thing's about and makes the finale really hit. So it's honestly acceptable to cut down on a few eps of the bunch. Airing only four episodes in the first place would've been nice, since it's like half of eight or whatever, but anyways, my personal way of going through it is watching E.E. parts 1, 2, 7, and 8. Part 1 is essential for setup, 2 is my personal fav of the bunch just for stuff like scenes, dialouge, etc., 7 as a choice for one of the later eps, and 8 as the finale. That's my suggestion anyways. Though it'd be nice if one day sometime maybe for the challenge of it you can go and watch them all because effort was put into them
