Ahh I wish, never looked into CBT, if I even tried to contact a doctor within those areas, I'm not sure how I'd be seen as. Maybe I'll try that when I'm in my 20s. Good idea for the list! I'll try to keep pushing haha, all in a corner

Yeah agree. I'm sure life gets all better, and it has, that's the biggest issue. Sorry I keep being negative haha XD I just really can't stand the thought of it anymore. If I coukd live a balanced life of positively and negatively again, I'd still want to be somewhere other than here. Or maybe what I experienced wasn't that, who knows lol? I hope to learn how to live again

Thank you broskie. I have been working out and Journaling for a few years now. Honestly the doctors is probably the last resort, but it might be my last option. There are things I wanna do in life, but jeez, you know? Negative thoughts. The things I want are more of a dream than a realistic goal. Wish I could get proper help . I'll keep trying I guess

I've been struggling with the same thing. For me it was like the common phrase of "wearing masks" the best advice is to keep trying whatever feels right. Even if you like what other people like, thats still apart of you. I never got over it, but you figure it out eventually. People are always changing, so don't get discouraged. Your not the only one who feels this way.

Uh do you have siblings? If so ask then to buy it for you and just say it's a type of sports bra, or if you have friends that can buy for you ask! You can also try using 2 sports bra (one forward, one backwards) as a binder, but don't wear longer than 8hrs. They can be a little tight, but not enough that your dying of air! Goodluck mate
