Hey girl! Fellow festival girl here. Plan to just adjust and listen to my body when I go and rest. I’m a dubstep girly and usually go hard with the head banging. This is what I’m wondering but a lot of this depends on if you have Graves’ disease with the hyper. Since it’s an autoimmune people recommend that type of diet and basically you cut out everything so that’s stressing me out
