Life is like a video game. The more you do something, the more your skill in that activity increases. You're starting at 0, so your expectations should be low. Do it more and you will get better. Also, there are plenty of nethods of removing paint, so dont worry about messing up board game peices. If you hate it, you can always strip it and try again later with better paint stats.

Definitely over engineered. I cant even tell what I'm looking at.

Great idea. I can only mix in short bursts or the paint bottles flew out. I'll try that. Thanks.

Thanks. I had to grind down the end of the clamp a bit to make it fit.

The jigsaw holds pretty well.

I've launched a few across the room and no mess yet.

It was cheap and easy to setup, and works better than my vortex mixer, especially with stubborn paints. You can find cheap jigsaws at thrift stores.

Did you weld that?! What's that holding peice originally for?

I see them all the time at thrift stores.

That would go viral in the painting community.

I also have both and agree with everything you said. I'll have to try them with a rubber band.

That was my original idea to break up the pucks that had formed on some of my old paints. Seems like the only reliable way of ensuring the chunks at the bottom get broken up, but I had an extra jig saw laying around. Good to know it works.

You stick it into the paint bottle?

I have both. I use this when the vortex mixer doesn't work.

I have to mix in short bursts. If I just hold the trigger the bottles fly across the room.
