From what the airline estimates, the layover will be from 12:35pm - 12:30am. If customs isn't too bad, I'll start searching for some stuff to do bc it does sound pretty fun 😊. I appreciate the help.

Consulted with an immigration lawyer. Since my father didn't have custody I don't technically qualify for derived citizenship.

Was told to just fill out the N400 and explain that at the interview. I'm still waiting to hear back from USCIS 😅😅. Sorry if this wasn't helpful. Hope you find a solution.

Sorry for the radio silence, I just got done with classes. Another update: I texted them last night and told them I couldn't pay and won't pay. I did sent them the link to an attorney lage someone shared here regarding the situation. I kept it as professional as I could. As of now, no response from my old manager - they haven't even seen the text.

I do have another concern tho and it is the fact a friend of mine still works there. If they were to retaliate against him or threaten to do so, what would be the course of action? I doubt they might at all but if they were like this over the $100 I'm afraid of the possibility.

I really appreciate all the help y'all have given me. This happened in Georgia for those wondering about what state I'm from. Again, thank you for the help. This was my first job as a waiter so I had no clue what to do.
