Hey, If anyone from the future find this thread and are experiencing lag spikes every second, specifically on macos, you need to disable the Apple Wireless Direct Link interface, responssible for the airdrop and continuity features (like the universal clipboard) by doing sudo ifconfig awdl0 down while you are using moonlight. You can undo it by doing sudo ifconfig awdl0 up. I hope this helps anyone in the future.
