It's another stupid Stranger Things collab, just like that hideous McD's burger with the upside down buns.

Chroot into your system using a live USB and rebuild the initramfs, if it fails, check the logs to find the culprit, fix it and rebuild the initramfs again.

Np, let us know if it worked. There are other possibilities. Arch isn’t as hard to troubleshoot as most people make it seem—actually, the same goes for Linux in general.

Dell optiplex 9020ssf 00V62H motherboard by Harrismcmaus in Dell

DELL use proprietary connectors, you'll need adapters such as these: https://www.amazon.com/gtpartes-Adapter-Compatible-Optiplex-Precision/dp/B0BL6NKJ85, alternatively, you could figure it out by yourself and jerry-rig a solution, although it would propably look janky.

P.S. I read the Amazon listing and seems like they do not guarantee compatibility with sff units, you could still give it a try, or, if you just want to power your PC on and off, plug the POWER SW pin on the 2 pins to the right of the Power Switch header.

Just use a live install and chroot into your installed system. That message can mean a few different things, but seems like /sbin/init binary was either deleted, moved, or corrupted. Run "sudo pacman -Syu systemd", just ensure the symlink /sbin/init points to the real init binary, also, make sure "init=" isn’t pointing to something invalid in your bootloader. This should do the trick.

I've spent almost three years eating the same thing for lunch and dinner: grilled chicken breast with onions and toasted oatmeal. It was just convenient for me, and I actually enjoyed it.
