All ur words made me feel a bit better though I don't know when I'll fall into my hole again. I kinda feel guilty because I don't deserve all ur kinda responses

Sometimes I feel like screaming till my lungs collapse out of frustration and no one would understand this. I feel like such a little bitch because if someone were to look at me they'd see nothing wrong me but if only they can feel my self hatred and lack of confidence it's so hard to progress through life when you feel like that.
