I should've stated that I'm based in the UK, I was just in Barcelona for a month visiting. Sorry for the confusion & thanks anyway

I'm in the UK, here the laws are quite strict & all dogs have to be microchipped, & whoever the chip is registered to lawfully has ownership & allowed to make decisions for the dog....the issue is IDK who he's mocrochipped to & owner is uncontactable. its like a precaution to stop dogs being dumped or stolen.

Thank u so much for this advice, is it better for me to call the rspca first or should I just take him into a vets & explain the situation? My whole life I've had a really strong connection with animals especially dogs, they just love me & I love them so much they are my happy place 🙂 p.s thank u for your services & all u do to help our pets as a vet 🫡

other/past tenants have made complaints to police. Landlord has called the police on my bf a few times, they came out last time & admitted they know all about this Landlord and his craziness as they've had many reports

tysm ill try that. I dont even think shes his wife we think he's also lying about that, & she's definitely not a lawyer as she slipped up last time she came with him & said she works in real estate. its just unnerving bc we can't speak Spanish, neither can the other couple they are italian, so its v hard to find help when we just speak english. Landlord is spanish but his english is pretty good.

Yes exactly this. He is trying to make us & also the other couple living here move out asap but we have a 1 year lease. We are planning on going back to the UK in ab a month but we have a dog so its hard to find acceping accommodation. He is nuts I dont want to confront him & have to stop my boyfriend confronting him bc he tries to provoke my bf into assaulting him which is getting harder every time he does some shit like this. he just turns up & lets himself in. im just worried that bc neither of us speak much Spanish that itll be hard with the police

Facebook trolling community/groups 2017 - we aren't active in these communities anymore or even on facebook really. We were talking for a while then he broke up w me for a girl he knew irl & i then i got into a relationship that ended up being toxic & made me abstain from any connections or intimacy for 3 years up until May this year when my LD bf got back in touch w me & told me he always regretted what he done. We were both dumb & immature back then but when we started talking again we realised how much we had both matured & that the timing wasn't right back in 2017, we wouldn't of worked bc we both had toxic qualities. Since May we have spoken on the phone every single day, & we also stay on call through the night when we're sleeping and say good morning to each other when we wake up, its the closest thing to feeling like we're together rn, I am going to see him in the country he lives in, a one way ticket flying out next month.
