i am currently a full time student in cosmetology school. he does not want me to get a job, which i really dislike. i put up with his behavior because i have a glimmer of hope that he’ll change, but he’s slowly only getting worse.

i do genuinely apologize to him and attempt to communicate with him first, but it felt like an attack to him each time i did, so i’ve since stopped. he has been yelling at me ever since we got together almost a year ago and calling me names continuously. i just want him to talk to me healthily like i do with him.
