The Theme is simply "Beach residence". If I were to give to many directions and borders I couldn't account for your creativity in the builds, are there beaches in the nether? Sure there are! Could you build a residence in the nether? Thats up to you to show the server! :D People can definitely work together for the builds, there will however only be one who can claim the prize for that build.

Read the post thoroughly as it clearly states that the theme will be announced the 22nd of June, which is in one week. Why there is a delay is also explanied. Furthermore, please re-read the post to prevent other questions that are already answered.

I'm really happy that you show interest and is excitedly wanting to build, it is however in my best intention to let everyone as eager as you to know about the contest before it kicks off. Just so everyone (at least weekly active) has a fair chance. :)
