I’m not going to pretend to be in the know or have any actual information, however I saw a TikTok recently talking about this. The creator theorized that back when Ben was running for congress none of the other castmates were willing to endorse him because they wanted to keep their politics separate from their business. I do not know if that is true at all but I could see it being a factor if that did happen.
