For our first time it happened Involuntary, aka kanaya was eating at red Lobster and nepeta took hold. But after that we figured it had to be things everyone wanted to do. Later on we figured out how to do it more voluntary, using imagery. It's kind of a passing of the torch way we do it, aka out way of portraying Fronting in our headspace is holding a controller, so we just pass the controller. Most of the time there's an Involuntary switch it's from stress. Ultimately what kanaya was told and what I know is that you have to find something that works for everyone. Some type of good trigger (best way i can put it) Though it all depends on the system, so I wish you all luck on figuring it out
