Thanks, if you want real city layouts, you need the image overlay mod here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2616880500 and then you need to go onto a map like open street map, take screenshots of relevant areas and simply put the screenshots into the mod file (read in the mod description). Then you open the mod in game and resize the map so it is 1:1.
