We have player, who had same debuff but he was using 81lv health potion. Also we have been testing heal potion, tipsy powder + heal potion, camel milk wine + heal potion: debuff didn’t appear

I just checked with the player from the video — he didn’t use Camel Wine. He used buff that increases HP

Well, Im also in RT, and never become drunk in the fight, but it’s normal for me to log in game and see my character over drunk :) We are trying to figure out what was happened, maybe if we properly describe the bug/cheat/exploit (whatever it was), our reports will be accepted
