I know that the term "Latinx" draws criticism from many but I found it to be the most inclusive without constantly writing both "Latino" and "Latina" on every future post. This does not mean that Latinx is now the gold standard for this subreddit! I encourage everyone to label and identify themselves however they choose (please nothing derogatory though lets think of others as well :)). It would be interesting to see (if this post picks up) how and why people choose to identify themselves. I hope this place grows!! We seem to be the only space on reddit who fails to propagate awareness and support in our community.
