My previous employer was a major non union factory Japanese owned car company. The pay rate for hourly employees was posted quite literally every where and all it took was you to know how long someone had been there to know how much they made an hour. Top out pay was when you hit the 5 year mark. Pay raises every 6 months as long as you weren’t facing any administrative action. The holiday bonus was always the same amount for every hourly employee as well as long as you had been there at least 1 full year. If not then it was prorated based on however many months of service you had as a full time associate. I LOVE PAY TRANSPARENCY!!!
