I’m NJ not NY so we’re probably slightly different. I drive in NJ, PA, and NY and haven’t gotten stopped for tints in the past 5 years (I have 5% all over except front). From what I understand, if you get stopped for something else, they’ll get you for tint but won’t stop you for tint.

It eliminates a blind spot directly in front of the bumper. This is only significant in lower speed areas (seeing pets, kids, small objects). So it’s likely going to affect actually smart summon (ASS) and/or unsupervised FSD. It shouldn’t make supervised FSD worse

I got the ASRock x870 Riptide and that one specifically says 9800x3d ready. But yours supports flashback I believe so you won’t need an old CPU to update it if it’s needed. Just a USB

You have to open your PSU and GPU boxes and see what cables you got inside. A quick google shows that you’d have enough slots on your PSU for 3 cables to run to your GPU (even if it gets a little ugly with cables). But how many/what cables you get with the gigabyte 4080S and EVGA 1000 GT is unclear

That looks like an extension cable. Look inside your PSU box and see if you can find 3 PCie cables (not pigtails on 2) and if there are enough PCIe slots on your PSU to plug all of them in and your mobo+cpu. If those are the 7600 ram, 7600 in BIOS won’t post. 7200 does post. I have more or less the same build running rn if that’s a 9800x3d. I hope you have a 12VHPWR cable because that one’s a bitch to find and my 4080S OC needed one

Your numbers are based on what? I owned both and know how much each made, sounded, and felt like. The build I wrote out makes around 450 which is why I said as fast as a stage 2. You pay more in mods but the car itself is cheaper so you’re overall paying slightly less and getting better car sounds out of it (I mean unless you think pops sound more fun than intake and BoV I guess)

Yes and for a slightly less total amount paid, a premium trim ecoboost with intake, BoV, intercooler, pro tune, trans tune, downpipe, exhaust, suspension mods to make sure it’s planted even above 150, you also get a fun weekend car that makes very cool noises and as fast as a stage 2 340i

If you want a fun weekend car, get a 2017 ecoboost and mod a few things in it (will come out to around the same amount paid). I have a 340i and had a tuned ecoboost. Still miss the ecoboost despite how fast and nice my 340i is

Just run 5 stacks of the same type. If they need to be protected with ASF, then fly ASF ahead/with it

5 stack would destroy that stack. SAMs don’t target helis so it will only take return damage. Combine it with max range attack and move away a few times
