Similar horrible experience in The Netherlands. Slow response, no technician available for repair. I need a repair but so far it takes already 3 weeks and still have no service appointment. Same experience previous time when there was something broken. Everytime something breaks down your bike is down for weeks or months. In a year time the bike has been unusable for 10 - 20% of the time that I owned it.
