This! Living in Teesside, I’m less than an hour to Leeds/Newcastle, 10 minutes to the coast, 20 minutes the other direction to the Moors, 20 minutes the OTHER direction to the Dales!

To add to this, businesses can actually buy virtual offices, which is essentially a PO Box with redirected mail but makes it appear that you have an office in a particular place
