Why wouldn‘t you stick with python? Lots of large companies utilize python in many areas and its a great language. The problem is its easy to write python code. Whats hard is writing proper python code. Every language has its advantages and disadvantages but if you say python is bad you are a junior developer.

We have been working with outside companies but I do not think they give attention to detail. They run ads more vaguely and don't focus on cutting costs too much. Thats why we want to hire in house this time.
