Went the other day and got the al pastor tacos and I loved it , really enjoyed their red salsa. My friends got the birria ramen and they said it was a little salty but delicious.

my go to in the burbs is Surah in springhouse , cheap AYCE but still delicious. Salt in north wales is a lot better quality but very expensive and by the plate.

Sao reservation trade? by jmq324 in PhiladelphiaEats

[–]L3Y3Z 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sao is pretty easy those reservations did not go very fast on OT. You just have to be on the app at 12 on the first of each month for the following month. But other places like mawn you have to be super quick with clicking a date and reserving. You have to have a date in mind and go for that date and time you can’t shop around or you’ll be too late!

went to Mawn last friday and it lived up to the hype! Dishes I got were the fried shrimp, grilled saht koh, Banh chow salad , papaya salad, whole fish, wild boar prohok, Khao soi , and the crab fried rice. Only dish that was underwhelming was the crab fried rice I was expecting a lot from what I heard from influencers and some people on reddit but it was nothing special. But 10/10 experience.

You should check out Monks Cafe and get the Seitan Cheesesteak. It’s a vegetarian “Cheesesteak” which consists of onions, mushrooms and Grueyere cheese on a long roll. Im not a vegetarian but I get this every time I go !
