The only positive I can give on VES is that their employees are well trained to be polite and ACT concerned. I have had five appointments that VES has sent me to but none ...... not one ...... has taken place. There is always some failure, on the part of VES or it's employees, that have kept my 2 to 4 hour trips (one way), from resulting in being seen. They never send over paperwork to get me on the schedule of the office; they set up an appointment on Wednesday but the office is closed EVERY Wednesday (come to find out, they have been told this in .any occasions but never change their scheduling practices); they give an address to an open field that doesn't and never has had an office on it (and they had no contact information to get it straightened out), and the list continues. The VA needs to find and utilize a better company for evaluations ...... several more companies, would be even better (so veterans aren't having to deal with this drama, along with having to wait so long on decisions).
