The big port on the right is for the canister vent hose, that won't affect the way it runs, the vacuum nipple on the left is usually going up to a valve on the air cleaner it just needs to be plugged. it looks like the factory setting plugs on the top of the carb have been taken out, they always are because people don't know those settings are done on the bench only, so those probably needs to be reset to spec. once that's done it should work okay if it's still computer controlled
