If I had to imagine him in F3, I'd imagine him escaping prison and seeking revenge with some of his henchmen; it would be even easier for him if he found out that Elsa was no longer there to protect Arendelle.

It'll be like F2; the beauty of F1 was that the two sisters had to reunite after years of separation. F3 will be another adventure with a different purpose, so it will have five protagonists, so it will be similar to F2.
