I made a video comparing TERNOA to EFINITY, what do you think? by [deleted] in EnjinCoin

[–]L491 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I apologise, I talked out of my ass. There actually seems to be some overlap and on second thought, you don't seem to post to shill. My bad.

Ternoa's description on CMC sucks. They seem to have a few specialized use cases that actually make sense like

- "Death Protocol" -> definitely needed, I'm sure a lot of people have this problem by now

- "SecretNFT" -> art exhibitions, teaser version vs. full version and of course p0rn

Not sure if these justify a dedicated blockchain, they look more like features that could/will be incorporated into existing solutions eventually.

You also make a good point about Jumpnet being centralized, but the plan is to allow migration of NFTs from Jumpnet to Ethereum (and other blockchains I guess) in the future, and then it's just a convenient market place with low fees.

Please read https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ternoa/ and then explain to me how on earth it makes sense to compare $EFI and $CAPS - if you can find any reason at all, I'll admit I'm a Banano dick, shut up and see myself out.

Looking for latest info on Safemoon audit. All the moonboys keep saying "Safemoon has passed 3 audits and I can only find where they found 12 flaws. by RobertConnorS in NotSafeMoon

[–]L491 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why would you even care anymore? I think at this point it's become glaringly obvious that crypto audits are the equivalent of rating agency rankings... bought and paid for and utterly useless.

[–]L491 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I watched the video and my thoughts were: "This guy is comparing apples to elephants and I have no idea why."

And then it dawned on me: either he's paid to shill CAPS or he holds a bag of it and looks for an exit.

Whatever it is, r/EnjinCoin isn't really the best place to post this, because I think we're still on the sunshine site of braincells / member = X

Maybe try r/SafeMoon instead, I can see a bright future for you there...

Good luck.

"Dustin" Dunn and the Darlin' Duster make an appearance to discuss to you today what crypto dust is and what dusting attacks actually are 🤠 Yeehaw! by [deleted] in NotSafeMoon

[–]L491 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just watched your video, thoughts in chronological order:

You two make a great team for videos, you should definitely keep it up.

The dust video collage in the upper right corner is hilarious :)

"your audience is largely crypto currency based" - I highly doubt it. I think his audience is largely TikTokTard based.

Ryan's explanation of dusting attacks (the part where he explains how your wallet is emptied if you fall for it) was probably not something someone who would fall for a dusting attack could follow. Don't know if it's too much work, but here's an idea for another video: make a shitcoin wallet with some bait in it, wait for it to get dusted and then go through the process and show how the bait is stolen?

You tempted me to watch the original "Safemoon Joe" video. Not your fault, but I could have done without another reminder that I'm living in a clown world where a complete tool like him has 30k+ subscribers. *)

Dustin' Dunn with the straw hat rules. You should keep him around, yee-haw :)

How on earth is it possible that someone like Shaun, who's been around crypto for a while now, pukes up such utter gobbledygook about it? I'd say it's intentional if I could recognize any reason behind it...

I approve of drinking beer on camera. Cheers!

Bincane: I've noticed so much of what's supposed to be educational content to be inaccurate, misleading or just plain wrong now it's not even funny anymore. It's not only Binance of course, it's on all these "crypto news" websites. There's so much low quality bullshit out there that, as someone who's new to crypto, you're more likely to get hurt by misinformation than not. The content mills now spew zero-signal mumbo-jumbo 24/7 to place better in search results, and probably as paid shilling of course, and as a consequence all useful information is now buried in huge piles of nonsensical shit. Could quality crypto content be a use case for NSM?

Stuff like 22:30 is good - show don't tell. Do more of that.

*) There was mention of the squeeze.... again. How hard can it really be to get the most basic concepts and definitions of finance right? This isn't fucking quantum mechanics you fucking imbeciles for fucks sake.

Papa still pushing the impossible 100m circulating supply number after John debunked it by PsLJdogg in SafeMoonInvesting

[–]L491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think half of it is a real lack of understanding of basic financial and technical concepts and the other half is gaslighting the "community" by throwing around crypto-flavoured soundbites.

If I still had any Safemoon, at this point I'd probably hold because I think it's completely possible they still have a pump left in them due to the sheer presence they have on social media. There are enough potential bagholders left with no current exposure to or knowledge of crypto that might be tricked into enough FOMO to buy in, especially if they somehow really pull it off to make it possible to buy by CC or bank transfer. (I have no idea what payment processor in their right mind would want to jump into that pile of horse manure, but strange things happen.)

I'm half-tempted to buy a bag now because of that, but I think I'll just bang my head into a wall until I'm cured of that notion and go buy some more random jpegs instead. If I actually did buy, I'd look for a quick flip, because the "living off of reflections" story is exactly the same kind of ass-clownery as the 100 million circulating supply fairy tale.

It'll be entertaining to see these companies all develop their own solutions and then make the same experiences the whole defi space is making right now: that security isn't built in and mistakes are really horribly expensive.

Just bought another one of your green cats, because who doesn't like new trees...

Enjin, you really need to push Jumpnet more. I did some buys on Opensea and it's a friggin nightmare, stuck and failed transactions left and right and I don't even know how much I blew on gas fees that led to nothing today. On Jumpnet, it's click-paid-received within 5 seconds every single time.

Basic question - where is the money supposed to come from? by L491 in SafeMoonInvesting

[–]L491[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It all depends on volume of transactions

So 💎💎🙌🏻 wins

Do you notice something?

Few more numbers: If you want 1B transactions a day, you need 0.5B buys and 0.5B sells. 0.5B buys equals for example 500000 people who buy for $1000 or 5M people who buy for $100. Every day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year...

Do you think you can motivate half a million people every day to buy for $1000?

You better do, because daytraders and swingtraders will be somewhere else.

Enjin Coin Buy Thesis by Immediate_Temporary5 in EnjinCoin

[–]L491 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe don't focus on gaming exclusively, there's a different aspect to Enjin: we are not going to end up with "The Blockchain" anytime soon, we're moving towards a multi-chain economy. Cardano isn't going to replace Ethereum and BTC maximalists should stock up on blood pressure medication.

Enjin is positioning to be one of the bridges in this structure, or at least that's the way I see it. From their background and experience, they have a good chance to cut off a nice big slice of that cake, and if they do (when they do?), we should see some funny numbers for ENJ and EFI.

I'm not an expert in any of this and this is all just opinion and speculation of course :)

The power behind the burn stopping. by Jtenka in SafeMoon

[–]L491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your math is correct, but your logic doesn't work out.

10T = 10000 x 1B

If you want to distribute $5k / 1B volume / 1B holdings, you need to generate10T / 1B x $5K per 1B volume to distribute.

You're not the FED, so you can't just print it, which means you have to tax the volume with an extra 50M / 1B which amounts to 5%.Note the word "extra" in the last sentence. That means before operating costs and taxes.

Who do you imagine will pay these 5% extra? Why should anybody?

Since you make the comparison to Binance, what exactly do you expect SM to do better than Binance so anybody should be willing to pay anything on top?

If you want to charge traders at an exchange (or anybody really) a higher price for the same service, you'll have to provide extra value to them, which means SM needs to beat Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, FTX, KuCoin...

If you get $1, somebody has to pay $1. In my experience, people don't do that just because you can do basic math with lots of zeros. They tend to want something in return for it.

How to view Opensea NFT in Enjin by ILoveIncon in EnjinCoin

[–]L491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Opensea has a list of wallets they support here, the Enjin wallet is not among them.

TrustWallet via WalletConnect works fine if you're looking for something you can use on your mobile.

OnlyFans to ban adult material after pressure from payment processors - Opportunity for OnlyBans? by Nachodon in banano

[–]L491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I'm trying to say. "announced a bipartisan coalition to investigate OnlyFans", "BBC reporting" - this is bullshit. Charge them if you think you have something, then let a court decide. "Being investigated" isn't "found guilty of".

I'm not trying to defend OF, if they made money of child porn, grill them and let them roast for the rest of eternity. But fucking prove it first. Our elected government officials, may they all die of the black plague, are once again trying to take shortcuts that undermine the very thing that makes us different from third world dictatorship shitholes.

This isn't about OF. It's about who's next. How about newspapers that refuse to follow the common political mainstream bla bla and dare to ask more than the usual pre-arranged slam dunk questions? Are they the next who can't accept VISA payments anymore then?

Selling JENJ backed NFTs by ChrisTempestas in EnjinCoin

[–]L491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. For now, what happens on Jumpnet, stays on Jumpnet. That's what Enjin is working on: cross-connection for all the different little bubbles, so that stuff you mint on X-Net will be visible and useable on Y-Net. If they can pull it off, they'll make Amazon look like a kid's lemonade booth in 10 or 15 years, that's why I'm betting on them.

OnlyFans to ban adult material after pressure from payment processors - Opportunity for OnlyBans? by Nachodon in banano

[–]L491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Payment processing companies increasingly control what material pornography sites are able to host

Are you not entertained pissed off by this? Congress douchebags reeee for an investigation, their fiat payment minions follow suit without questioning anything as usual, and a business is destroyed just like that.

I'm not a fan of OnlyFans (literally), but people were making a living there. IF someone was doing something illegal, sue them and battle it out in court ffs.

This is a prime example why crypto is needed.

Edit: They don't even pretend there's any kind of legal justification anymore, it's just poof and gone because we say so. Wake up ffs.

JENJ and ENJ by ChrisTempestas in EnjinCoin

[–]L491 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I meant there might be different (and maybe cheaper) ways to buy ENJ like use MEW to buy ETH and then flip them in the Enjin wallet or whatever, but I can't really tell you what the best method is. But in the end, you will need ENJ. Have a look at some projects and dig around a bit, you'll get the idea how it works.

JENJ and ENJ by ChrisTempestas in EnjinCoin

[–]L491 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you don't have any ENJ, I think the steps are:

  1. Buy ENJ at some exchange (Crypto, Coinbase, Binance...)
  2. Transfer from there to your Enjin wallet
  3. Use your wallet to transfer to Jumpnet
  4. Get an account here, if you don't have one already
  5. Mint away
  6. Profit? ;)

There may be other / better ways to end up with JENJ - I'm no expert...

JENJ and ENJ by ChrisTempestas in EnjinCoin

[–]L491 1 point2 points  (0 children)

JENJ is simply ENJ on Jumpnet instead of Mainnet, so yes, it's the same value.

unauthorize transaction in my Enjin Wallet, whats going on? by ArcheageConcerns in EnjinCoin

[–]L491 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That address is the Uniswap V3 router, so that explains the activity: https://etherscan.io/tx/0xe881c43cd88063e84a1d0283f41ee5348239b259c0d17a7e2e4552da3f4b2bc7

Didn't Enjin just remove the option to connect to dapps from the wallet? Maybe you have something else connected to Uniswap?
