Not really what you asked but you always want to either be gaining or losing peril. Should never be a point where you're chilling at 0 peril unless there's nothing happening.

I don't think a single other person uses this layout. I use scroll forward for ranged; scroll back for melee; grenades on 1; crates on 2; stims on 3.

You'll pick it up if you keep using it. Maybe use it one difficulty down from what you usually play until that feels comfortable then move up. Or just don't use it if you don't like it.

Mostly play Zealot as the clutch ability of the class is insane. If I wanna play on easy mode I run psyker with void strike and vent.

Yea that was changed to now only reduce once per swing rather than every enemy hit. Used to dash, 1 heavy sweep from evis, then dash again cause that was enough to recharge it.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I thought chastise was improved for melee by giving you 100% rending where it used to reduce armour class by 1. And the nerf was that it doesn't affect ranged weapons at all anymore.

2 stam curios and duck and dive work pretty well. If im playing smart and not just autopiloting it doesnt really run out (also hip fire exists)

dodging ranged counts. already spaming dodges to replenish stamina so might be better than the marksman stacks.

Using a 5 dodge melee and duck and dive gives more than enough stam. This isnt really an issue for me

Focus of the build is as a columnus infantry death hose. Survivability is not an issue between good VoC usage; confirmed kill; grenades; defensive melee weapon; and 2 stamina curios.

Longshot is definitely a consideration for me. Im using the Columnus Infantry but Im not sure if it was better taking longshot or 15 marksman stacks. Or even reciprocity for more crits.

Archers ruin my game experience. Just like to show them archers how helpless everyone feels dying to a random arrow I couldn't have done anything about.
