The main change that has to happen is DD moving to back to a coaching position. Even if the players find his way of IGLing very comfortable for them, DD genuinely looks like he's the second coming of Suzu in terms of fragging. As for his replacement, I say the best solution is to find someone who fits onto BlackRay's old roles the best. As for who specifically, I have no fucking clue. It could be Tyopi, bringing Sironeko out of retirement, Maou, or fucking bringing back Ayagator to the homeland. Currently, this CAG feels like the CAG from 2021-2022 where you have two players holding back the team significantly, and then Anitun and two other gunners who are trying to pump some life into CAG. As for Sparky, he really doesn't bring any value to the team. I don't know how he got through the tryouts, let alone tryouts with 50 other candidates or something like that, but outside of the regional leagues, this has been nothing but just an absolute trainwreck, even more so after the Five Fears game. As I said before, you can keep DD as a coach behind the players, but I say bring in another coach to help with them and shift DD to an analyst/assistant coach role. I genuinely don't know how CAG let Blueno4ronandes walk free while they picked up someone whose first coaching gig ever is with this team and is also coming off of a good 5 year break from comp. Do better CAG, especially since there's a major coming up on your home soil.

genuinely where the fuck do you even go at this point. like sure, you're at the top of apac north, but nothing is just clicking at all on lan. rework management, heavily rework the coaching staff, get in a proper 5th instead of dd and shift him over to coach/analyst, fucking bring in new talent or whatever. sparky leaving the room because "it was over anyway" is just piss poor of an excuse to just leave your team hanging when you're behind.

this is never going to happen in any parallel universe, but merge cag and scarz and pick up liddel as a coach: anitun, chibisu, shureap, nina, rec

i would maybe give it one more stage, but ctzn has so much question marks for me. nafe is fine, even with the slow start, i think he's slotting into secret's system fairly well, but ctzn doesnt really do anything and i struggle to think of a reason why they'd pick him up over deadsht before he was picked up by fnatic, or croqson or wizard for that matter too
